GIAT industries, the nationalized weapons company of France, recalled all pistols, replacing the Tellurium-steel alloy slides with stainless steel ones.

The MAADI 920 is an Egyptian licensed copy of the Italian BERETTA M92-FS semiautomatic handgun, standard regulation sidearm for ALL Italian military and police forces, AND for the U.S. Army, known as the "M9".
The MAADI 920 doesn't seems to have "new" features: it's simply another foreign copy of the BERETTA M92-FS, chambered for the 9x19-Parabellum round, feeding from a 15-rounds magazine, and adopted as the new sidearm for the Egyptian army and police forces.
