On intersting fact is that the Glock 31 can use the barrel of the.40 S&W Glock 22 and the Glock 22 can use the.357 Sig barrel of the Glock 31.
The Glock 32 is a similar adaption of the Glock 23 and barrels are interchangeable between the two weapons.

It doesn't seem to matter on Glocks, except be sure to put something on your sights if you have metal aftermarket sights or night sights as those are non tennifer steel.
To satisfy my agency's rules, I use a pair of Glock 22s in.40 as duty weapons, but may very well convert them to.357 SIG if there is a change in department policy or when I retire.
There are 4 parts I see break on glocks, so I always have them in the range bag, etc. One is the trigger return spring which breaks on all models (but you can keep shooting even if its broken and you know the trick).

Suppose you buy a new gun chambered for one of these "new" cartridges and they fail in the court of public opinion and after laying out $400 to $600 for a pistol, the ammo becomes extinct.
I suppose the only "sure thing" is to stick with guns that are chambered for popular cartridges, On the other hand if something comes along that you really like but uses an oddball round I'd buy it - and a set of reloading dies.
Lee is making dies for the 32 NAA, but we don't know when they will be available.
