What is GNN?   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-19)
GNN or the Global Network Navigator is an Information service first started by O'Rielly and Associates in 1993.
The idea was simple; GNN was to provide a means of internet access at a reasonable price for more advanced internet users while leaving younger kids and novice users to the tamer waters of AOL.
GNN was reconstructed with a few new things and a few old things to truly provide the greatest internet experience of all.

GNN will probably never have a popular forum and its site in general will always generate a few bad rumours that keep it peripheral, as long as these few are constantly (24/7) sabotaging the place.

This perception runs, in a remarkable example of doublethink, parallel with the notion that national veterans are exceptional human beings who deserve to be treated well for the glorious sacrifies they have made on behalf of all others.
I know the “support the troops” meme has some pretty fanatical followers, but I’m not worried about stepping on a few toes here; people are being slaughtered in Iraq, and as long as that continues I don’t plan on giving any editorial blowjobs to the perpetrators.
