		My experience of GABA is that i sleep better than ever on it, very weird dreams though (example : My missus shot my best female mate with a crossbow as she climbed a castle wall, yeh WTF i know).
		Flaming, you consider that flaming and repremand me but when a kid with dyxlexia gets banned to take the piss out of him trying to be funny-that's flaming and childish & it's not fair.
		I used it and noticed the tingling in the hands and feet and also found it helped relaxing, so recovery wise it may help with training recovery, but maybe not be "directly" contributing to additonal muscle growth/strength etc.
