		Executive authorities have started violating the recent presidential decree on improving election practices in Azerbaijan, opposition MP said.
		Addressing the parliament on Tuesday, Nizami Guliyev from the Popular Front Party (PFPA reformers), said that a regional organization of another opposition party, Musavat, has lately asked Gadabay district executive authorities to provide space to hold its conference.
		The authorities did not provide suitable conditions for this and even arrested the regional organization’s chairman and kept him in detention for a day, Guliyev said.
