Heather is about in her early 20's and an official crime solver, (and Gadget Boy's official sidekick...As opposed to Penny, whom just snuck around behind the Inspector's back).I thought that the character WAS the original Penny at first, even looks as if Penny had grown up.
This dog is a much goofier version of Brain, with his own bumbling nature and accident proneness (is that a word?)...But this time things are different.
