 Gajim - FreeCulture.org Wiki
Gajim provides a feature-rich interface which is more robust, but not as user-friendly as Gossip or Gaim.
The reason one might prefer Gajim over Gossip or Gaim is that it allows you to set Jabber transports to communicate with other IM services (AIM, Y!, MSN, IRC, E-mail (SMTP), etc).
For most people, Gajim is not a great solution for instant messaging for end-users, but it does have some nice features.

Gajim seems to have a fairly active developer community, and I suspect it's going to continue to improve at a rapid pace.

GAJim, Thank you for your patience while I finished projects and can now answer: I will make it a point to look up and read "Resurrection." As to "detachment." My term was "academic detachment", which is a form of zoned-in thinking that I have observed at times from those immersed in academia.
In the long-run, however, biblical criticism in necessary for historical exegesis and it is an invaluable aid for understanding the Bible.
