Most likely she was the Emily Blue born 1817, Kentucky, daughter of Solomon David Blue (1785-1860) who married 1811 to Nancy C. Grahm.    They moved to White County, Illinois in 1819 from Union County, Kentucky.    They had 8 children; Emily Ann was the third born.
Moses was apparently a freed slave.    There is a record of a fl slave named Moses who was owned by an Adam Henshaw and was granted emancipation on Jun 27 1836 in Gallatin County, Illinois.
