		Republic the Revolution is set in the fictional Soviet province Novistrana, which broke away from the mother country after the fall of the USSR and came under the rule of President Karasov, a democratically elected leader who is really a despot at heart.

		The tactical aspect of the game is rather thin (not exactly Rainbow 6 but I dont think anyone expects it to be) but it's well implemented and it does add some depth into it to differentiate from other FPS's.
		Republic Commando is a brilliant take on the squad based military shooter set in the ever expanding Star Wars universe giving us a compelling if short single player game with lots of intersting enemies, weapons, and locations.
