		Cheers, Gary Peterson One of the new shows on the Gameshow network gave me an idea for formatting my multiple choice quizzes.
		There is a show called Inquizition that is a very minimalist gameshow (it is shot in what looks like an old airplane hangar and the guests seldom speak -- the answers to the questions are multiple choice).
		Not exactly a game format but it was a change to a testing format based on a gameshow.

		Countdown is not really a Gameshow with huge Glitzy prizes, yet it remained on Channel 4 since its launch in 1982 until quite recently, being the very first programme ever broadcast by the fledgling station.
		This time the show was put on daily at teatime, the traditional slot for killing off popular ITV gameshows, with much smaller prizes, and changed rules.

		double dare one of the first kids gameshows quadrupled the netwroks ratings in a couple of weeks so saying gameshows might not be as popular as other shows isn't true.
		Another kids gungey gameshow that was on citv had the best ratings for a citv show for all of the 12 years it was on which is quite an achievement for a show that might not be as popular as a live-action show or cartoon.
