The oldest known textiles date back to about 5000 B.C. In order to make textiles, the first requirement is a source of fibre from which a yarn can be made, primarily by spinning.

 Dry Cleaning - Operations
Dry cleaning allows garments to be cleaned in a manner that reduces damage to fabrics which is common in home-laundering processes that use water, detergent, agitation, and heat to clean the material.
During the dry-cleaning process, garments are immersed in a type of liquid that causes the fabric to become wet but does not saturate or damage the fibers of the cloth.
Garments are first received from the customer, then inspected, pre-treated for stains, and sorted by color and fabric.
