Gary Stevens (born March 6, 1963 in Caldwell, Idaho) is an American thoroughbred horse racing jockey.
With 25,442 career mounts and 4,512 winners [1], Stevens won countless awards and prizes in the horse racing industry including the prestigious George Woolf Memorial Jockey Award in 1996 that honors a rider whose career and personal conduct exemplifies the very best example of participants in the sport of thoroughbred racing.
Stevens' father, Ron, is a horse trainer, and Stevens' brother Scott is a jockey.

Gary Andrew Stevens (born Hillingdon, Middlesex, 30 March 1962) is a former English footballer.
He played for Brighton and Tottenham Hotspur during the 1980s, playing in FA Cup finals for the latter two (scoring a goal in the former, and losing both), and winning the 1984 UEFA Cup with Spurs.
He was also capped by England, and was called up to the 1986 World Cup squad (along, confusingly, with the Everton player Gary Stevens).
