		If you read, on this forum, things about geniocracy that wasn't written by me, it was very probably a misinterpretation or deformation of what I said.
		Even if the concept of geniocracy came from a religion that believe in aliens, the raelians are fair enough to not restrict it to only themselves.
		Of course, one must have some minimal knowledge in order to be elected a geniocratic leader, but this kind of knowledge have yet to be determined.
