		But when captured by the Romulans, Geordi was brainwashed and his VISOR was used to relay instructions to him in an attempt to use him to assassinate a Klingon governor and make it look like a Federation operation.
		The plot was stopped barely in time, and it's safe to assume that Geordi's VISOR was re- paired so he wouldn't become a Romulan puppet again, and perhaps it was even completely foolproofed.

		Well, you are right, its not so much 'closeted' but Geordi was always 'nice' to the senior staff, but everyone else (and even Data at times) go to meet the jerk side of him.
		But what Geordi should have done was hook him up with a bumch of tech manual padds, or set up some kind of virtual engineering in in the holodeck, so Scotty could get up to speed.
		However, Geordi La Forge was always way too cocky for me and he could be a monstrous ass to people.
