		Darko accompanied him and seven others to The Netherlands Embassy in Accra, ostensibly for the processing of the visa but they were denied the visa because the officials at the Embassy detected that the passports of the applicants had been tampered with.
		Darko at his base in Holland to find out how far he had gone with the processing of his documents and that he was assured by the musician that he would soon be coming down to Ghana for holidays and would therefore use that period to secure the visa for him.
		Darko arrived in Ghana one year later in August 2002, but gave him another story to the effect hiplife artiste, Kontihene was also scheduled to performe in Germany and would arrange for him (Tinda) to join the team that would be travelling with Kontihene.

		My initial response to watching "Donnie Darko" was scratching my head and saying, "And then.....?" But, when I saw it the second time, I appreciated what Director Richard Kelly was doing.
		In certain movies that's true, but when you have a movie as complex as "Donnie Darko" I believe that Kelly wants certain things TO be understood, and that not all of these are up to our individual interpretations.
		Now, in some movies that would be acceptable form, but in a movie like "Darko" it seems that the vision the writer has should be the vision the audience has as well.

		Twice before we've covered the film Donnie Darko, the story of a schizophrenic high schooler (Jake Gyllenhaal) who has visions a man-sized demon-bunny named Frank, who tells him the world will end in 28 days and some change.
		The Director's Cut isn't necessarily a marked improvement over the original, but it is longer and more reflective of the filmmaker's original intent.
		Dreary extras notwithstanding, Donnie Darko: The Director's Cut should be part of any thinking fan's DVD collection.
