		Middle Georgia College is a publicly supported, residential, charter unit of the University System of Georgia, in the town Cochran in the U.S. state of Georgia.
		The college primarily provides two-year associate degrees but is authorized to grant a limited number of 4-year degrees.
		In 2006, the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia raised the college to the level of state college and authorized the granting of a limited number of 4-year degrees.
