		Ashmore joined Player's/Forsythe Racing at the beginning of last year and with Reynard going out of business, he's been charged with the job of independently developing the team's Reynards.
		Ashmore thinks that in order to maintain a level playing field, CART may have to operate a little like NASCAR during its next two "transitional" seasons.
		Ashmore said one of the strengths of the Player's team is its engineering team which includes veteran Tony Cicale, who works as an overall technical advisor, and race engineers Michael Cannon and Kelly Loewen.
