	Leadership and Respect
		Respect is a word that always evokes a positive conversation — “yes, respect is very important, we value respect, and we need to be more respectful and so forth”.
		Respect is in the eye of the beholder and is not a function of the behavior or attributes of those we are relating to.
		Respecting everyone is a stand we can take…it is not reasonable and it is not based on people’s past behavior — it is "looking at people newly” as possibilities and as perfect in the context of their own lives.

		R.E.S.P.E.C.T, standing for “Respect, Equality, Socialism, Peace, Environment, Community, and Trade Unionism” was formed on 25 January when over one thousand people gathered in central London for the launching of the new organisation.
		Unfortunately, since Respect is not direct about what exactly they are aiming for, and how it is to be achieved, they run the risk of becoming caught in the quagmire of popular but ineffectual reformism.

		I would go as far to say that objective based world pvp would be utilized more if regular old world pvp would be put back into place.
		World PvP is flopping currently but only because most people have peaked at level 60 and have little need to traverse the world.
