Geuzes tend to be sweeter than Lambics, and are always livelier, causing them to be dubbed the "Champagnes" of the beer world.

 Harvard Gazette: Rudge Green Prize goes Dutch
In 1996, the Rotterdam-based firm of West 8, headed by Adriaan Geuze, was commissioned to transform the abandoned docks into residential neighborhoods with 2,500 housing units.
The prize was established in 1986 and is awarded every two years to recognize excellence in urban design with an emphasis on projects that contribute to the public realm and improve the quality of urban life.
Geuze came to Harvard Wednesday (Dec. 4) to receive the prize and to speak about his work.

Cantillon Geuze - Very acidic and sour gueze from the Cantillon Brewery in the Anderlecht area of Brussels just outside of the Petit Ring in the area of Gare Du Midi.
It was not overly acidic which leads me to believe it was quite young for a blended kriek geuze.
De Neve Geuze - This was the unfiltered version in the 750 ml bottle w/no label, just a white sash mark.

 Shelton Brothers: Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze
Drie Fonteinen is the only remaining traditional geuze blender in Belgium, using only 100% spontaneously fermented lambic beer, aged in oak casks, with no artificial sweeteners or other additives.
It is a classic blend of one, two, and three-year old lambiks, bottled in 1999 and carefully watched while it continues to re-ferment in the bottle.
Like any traditional geuze, Drie Fonteinen’s Oude Geuze is tart, earthy, and incredibly complex, but also spritzy as champagne and greatly refreshing.

Adriaan Geuze (Dordrecht 1960) received his degree in landscape architecture from the Agricultural University in Wageningen in 1987.
Recently West 8, together with Space Group and Ove Arup, won the international competition for an urban plan in Tromsø and the design of the Hurtigruta passengersterminal.
Geuze has taught all over the world, inlcuding at Harvard University, Aarhus School of Architecture, TU Delft and at the Berlage Institute.
