		In a little limestone house across from a vacant lot, UF architecture student Linda Daniels and her twin sister have watched the demolition to make way for Jackson Square, a spin-off of University Corners on Northwest 3rd Avenue and Northwest 13th Street.
		Their historical house, built with a special type of limestone that is less porous than other kinds, is similar to those torn down to make way for the new developments.

Indeed, ghetto tech's simple four-to-the-floor, snare-and-kick-heavy beats are reminiscent of the first rap tracks of the 80s.
