Ghost Rider is the name of several comic book series published by Marvel Comics, and of several fictional characters in the Marvel Universe.
Ghost Rider's flaming skull is said to have served as the inspiration for Mortal Kombat's Scorpion as Scorpion's alternative costume in both the games and various media is a flaming skull.
A Ghost Rider movie starring Nicolas Cage is slated for release in 2007 (originally it was said the film would be released in 2006, but apparently this has since changed.).

 ICv2 News - Ghost Rider Debut Advanced 3 Weeks
Columbia Pictures has moved up the debut of the Marvel Comics-based Ghost Rider movie starring Nicolas Cage from August 4th to July 14th, 2006.
Directed by Mark Steven Johnson, who also directed the Marvel-based Daredevil film in 2003, Ghost Rider is currently in the hands of the special effects team, since all principal photography was completed earlier this year in Australia.
Judging by how poorly action movies performed during the last half of the summer season this year, the change can only be seen as a positive for the Ghost Rider film.

Aztek, that is with out a doubt the coolest rendition of Ghost Rider I have ever seen.
Had to go with jrascoe because it was clearly the Hulk vs. Ghostrider but I concur with all the comments on a great rendition of Ghostrider by Aztek.
I also have no idea what the story is with the demons, but you've given Ghost Rider a ton of character there.
