Consultant reports were provided to Gila County authorities to assist in the achievement of voluntary compliance, as the County had indicated and demonstrated an intention to achieve voluntary compliance.
Gila County has demonstrated a willingness to resolve remaining deficient conditions pertaining to the Globe Jail without the necessity and expense of further litigation.
It is the expectation of Gila County and the United States that full compliance with the terms of this agreement shall be achieved within two years of the signing of this agreement, provided however, that compliance with any individual item set forth herein shall be within the time requirements stated within that paragraph.
