Gila National Forest Ranger district offices are located at Silver City, Truth or Consequences, Glenwood, Mimbres, Reserve and Quemado, where maps and all current information are available.
In the heart of the Gila Forest, a one-mile loop up a shady canyon leads the modern-day visitor to the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument, a forty two-room collection of homes which the Mogollon people constructed in five spacious sandstone caves.
The Gila Visitor Center/Wilderness District Office, located at the Gila Cliff Dwellings, and the Cliff Dwellings National Monument itself are open seven days a week, 9:00 a.m.

 Continental Divide Trail Society - CDT in New Mexico
The CDTS route traverses a portion of the Cibola National Forest, crosses the Malpais lava field, follows jeep road through the El Malpais National Conservation Area, and continues to Pie Town by way of county roads.
The route passes the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument.

The 380-acre Bull Fire was detected May 29th, 13 miles north-northwest of the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument.

 Tucson Climbing News and Commentary
I checked out the Coronado National Forest website, but there was no information there, so I decided to call their office to get clarification on what and where the Forest was closed.
All state trust land, all BLM land, and all national forests are closed except for Mojave, Yuma, and La Paz counties (which are along the Colorado river).
It is not clear when the national forest will re-open but it doesn't sound like it will be open until there is a significant amount of moisture - which won't be anytime soon.
