I think this was the only time Gilbert Gottfried was only funny.
IIRC, Gilbert did use this line several times before Penn and Teller appeared, but there original segment mentioned in this thread was referring to the episode when the contestants missed the question for the final square several times in a row.
This led Gilbert, and eventually Penn and Teller, to shout "You Fool!!!" Hope this helps.
