		(1989 Hamlyn, London) ISBN 0600564967, very good hardcover in d/j, 144pp, a few spots of foxing on page edges, one small tear at hinge of fep.
		Cover is poor, loose, is complete torn along spine and been glued together resulting in the contents protruding on outer edge.
