Hopes are high that Gipsy Moth IV will be re-floated and repaired - and will continue its round-the-world trip (see previous news).
It seems that the yacht has suffered an 8-inch gash in its hull and the next 2 legs of its circumnavigation - from Tahiti to Tonga and then to Auckland - are unlikely to go ahead, although the rest of the voyage should then continue as planned.
