Glenn Barrie Shorrock (born on 30 June, 1944 in Rochester, Kent, UK) is an Australian singer and songwriter, best known as a founding member and lead singer of rock band, The Little River Band.
Glenn Shorrock originally came to fame in Australia as the co-lead singer of popular '60s band The Twilights.
Shorrock remained in the UK after the split of Axiom and during this time he performed with the multinational band Esperanto.

The band's original members were Glenn Shorrock (vocals), Rick Formosa, Beeb Birtles and Graeham Goble (guitars), Roger McLachlan (bass) and Derek Pellicci (drums).
A key factor in their eventual success was their manager Glenn Wheatley, who had been the bassist in the highly-regarded Australian rock band The Masters Apprentices.
The "classic lineup" of the band (Birtles, Shorrock, Goble, Pellicci, Briggs and McArdle) were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame at the 18th Annual ARIA Music Awards of 2004.

Glenn was part of The Twilights and Axiom, Beeb was in the Zoot and Mississippi and Graeham was with Beeb in Mississippi as well.
Since then we found it to be a favourite song of lots of people and surprisingly Glenn's father who has now passed away and my father who has also passed away, Glenn and I have both learnt that it was their favourite song.

Housden said the trio did not own the logo or trademark, a position acknowledged by their manager, Glenn Wheatley, after yesterday's settlement of the case.
Wheatley said Birtles, Shorrock and Gobles were looking to perform in Australia first, but it was not out of the question that they would have another tilt at the US market.

Well, this year a judge in Melbourne said Birtles, Shorrock and Goble could not use the name the Little River Band and that a strange group, happily performing all the old hits, headed by English guitarist Stephen Housden and comprising Wayne Nelson, Greg Hind, Kevin Murphy and Glenn Reither, could.
They are writing again and, like many a band 30 years their junior, they are excited about the prospect that "three record companies will be coming to the gig at the Enmore" with a view to signing them for a new recording contract.
Shorrock, who had returned to the band in 1988, left again in 1995 and gave up his rights to the directorship of the band the following year.
