Nick Delpopolo (Glenville, N.Y. / NYAC / Jason Morris Judo Center) won a silver medal, going 5-1 at 73kg, losing only to two-time World Cup medalist Nick Tritton (CAN) in an action-packed final which Tritton won by ippon in the last 40 seconds.
