	Re: Capital Punishment
		I was reading on capital Punishment, I think capital punishment should be in place UNLESS we have a way to keep prisioners for free (making them work) as suggestion in the artical.
		By eliminating Capital Punishment the cost of housing such prisoners for life is, in the end, cheaper than processing a Capital Punishment case.
		Remember, it's not how hard you beat the goat, but whether the goat you're beating is on fire.
