		Goba, of Lackawanna, N.Y., and five other defendants were charged in a two-count indictment in the Western District of New York last October with providing material support or resources to al Qaeda.

		GOBA bicyclists are encouraged to learn how to fix their own flats, and to carry the equipment they need to perform this repair with them at all times.
		GOBA also provides rides to riders whose bicycles cannot be repaired on the road by one of the repair vehicles (this is quite rare, usually involving a broken frame or unavailable part).
		GOBA Officials responsible for the deployment of emergency, repair, and sag services on GOBA are likely to ask net control to obtain a rider density report from amateur radio operators who are either bicycle mobile or who are stationed along the route.

	Sag Service on GOBA
		GOBA volunteers provide SAG Service for riders unable to continue on the route each day due to illness, injury, or mechanical breakdown that makes it impossible for the bicyclist to continue.
		Despite the ready availability of food and water, GOBA riders sometimes fail to eat and drink sufficiently for a 50 mile bike ride in the summer heat.
		GOBA Riders in need of SAG Service more than once during the week will usually be encouraged, and may be required, to leave the ride.

		Bicycle Mobile Hams are GOBA riders who are licensed amateur radio operators who carry their 2 meter radios with them to help provide communications support on GOBA.
		They provide the same type of reports as amateurs stationed along the route, advising GOBA Officials of medical emergencies, mechanical breakdowns, riders who need to be sagged, dangerous road conditions, and rider density along the route.
		If GOBA experiences a major emergency, such as a campground evacuation due to severe weather, flooding, or some other disaster bicycle mobile hams may be asked to pitch in to provide communications support for the evacuation.

	GOBA Adventure
		He did a great job, but it is not for me. The old nickname for it is a boneshaker, and that is the name of the California (where else would such a company locate?) company that makes these modern replicas.
		On the surface GOBA is about getting on a bike and riding at least 350 miles over 7 days.

		Making the application, one of Goba’s Lawyers, Kingsley Mapemba, said their client, currently serving a five year sentence for operating a wholesale pharmacy without permit and illegal possession of medical drugs, has been tremendously incapacitated financially.
		The case involves Goba, his colleague Anthony Weche and four pharmacy assistants from Mulanje and Chiradzulu district hospitals.

		According to the old guy who cut in front of me in the ice cream line in Bolivar, a 52 year old GOBA guy died of a heart attack on one of the monster hills today.
		Later in the day a GOBA staff person (she was wearing a GOBA saftey vest and had no GOBA number on the bike) rode on a busy highway right next to the centerline and blocked a car from passing for a long time.

		Among the first people I met on the road were a father and his 14-year-old son from Mount Vernon, O. Steve, the father, and Seth rode a tandem.
		It was their second time for riding GOBA.
