Goenitz, Mr Karate, Orochi Iori (!!), Orochi Leona (!!), Kagura I noticed that all characters looked younger/childisher than their counterpart in the original series.
Goenitz is similar to his KOF96 incarnation (as said in the faq), but unlike the NEO home version, his supers DO need the requirements.

I went to GameFaqs.com and it said that Goenitz, Geese and Orochi Iori could be unlocked but you have to beat challenge mode...
Goenitz is a direct rip from SVCC, and he's still cheap as hell, Geese still had his infinity from SVCC, just harder to pull off, and Orochi Iori was directly ripped from SVCC and KOF98.

Goenitz is cool and pretty flexible with his powers but the only thing he has against Storm is way better h2h.
Once Storm is up in the air, Goenitz is not only looking at strong winds, but lightning bolts, hales, blizzards etc. Storm is *much* better in everyway cept in melee.
