Golsar, pronounced golsâr (Persian: گلسار), is a suburb of Rasht, the capital of the northern Iranian province of Guilan.
Golsar is a high-class district with many shops, restaurants, boutiques, and coffee houses, and is a very popular neighborhood for teenagers and young adults to meet and socialize with peers, particularly on Thursday and Friday nights.
During the past couple of decades the demand for housing in Golsar has increased and the area has grown rapidly.

He was responding to a question posed by another one of our readers, Roland Golsar.
I definitely agree there are times when “setting” can transcend “theme”, but I will wait to discuss this more in depth once I have a chance to rate one of the examples Larry cites.
