Honfleur - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Honfleur underwent a boom in maritime trade both after the end of the Hundred Years War (However, there was a disturbance to this boom at the time of the wars of religion of the 16th century.) and at the end of the 18th century. Honfleur was however taken and occupied by the English in 1357 and from 1419 to 1450.
