Good is not nearly as interesting to talk about but citing Bhudda for his pacifist influence on bhuddist countries such as China and Japan shows, shall we say, an interesting avoidance of certain aspects of their hisories.
Otherwise, good and evil are just memes with not much worth for me. They tend to give the illusion of an easy partitioning of the world, but the world is really much more complicated for that to hold much value.

How much we care about whether someone calls us good or evil depends upon our respect for the person's opinion and whether or not you need to work with him in the future.

_Beyond Good and Evil: Prelude to a Philosophy of the Future_ is a translation of _Jenseits von Gut und Bos_ by the tormented German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, first published in 1886.
Nietzsche also provides a history of morals in which he seeks to move "beyond good and evil" overcoming "slave morality" and adopting the morality of the masters.
