For goregrind I would say bands like Exhumed and early Aborted: the grind roots are pretty audible, and plus the lyrics and even the sound is gorey: the puke-like vocals, etc.

Splatterhouse is definantly one of the better goregrind bands I have ever heard and I like the intensity and the cathiness, but also the heaviness and the very good vocals, although its nothing special, pretty basic grunts and highs, in the same vein of Exhumed, Haemorrhage, Sanitys Dawn and bands similar to them.
Although GRS dosent let me down, they play basic goregrind just like Splatterhouse and they do it well, but personally I liked Splatterhouse more on this split since they were a new band and they had a more powerfull recording as well as longer and a bit more complex songs.
The first 16 missiles are a complete overkill, "Graveyard cowboys" is a vile, bloodsoaked, punky hymn in the vein of GENOCIDE SUPERSTARS or later period DISFEAR and finally you'll also receive 5 cover songs, which, with the exception of "Deceiver" by NAPALM DEATH, I couldn't identify.
I love that well produced goregrind sound, everything's awash with that grubby distortion and when the blast kicks in you keep thinking it's going to pop the paper cones out of your speakers.
And what this Polish outfit manages to spew out is pretty typical goregrind, with the exception that they don't grind as much as is norm.

for the most part, the only difference between new goregrind, and the older stuff, is that its faster, have more and longer intros, and better production.
