The students, all girls, are staying for two weeks with students and teachers in the Corona-Norco schools through an exchange program with the Japanese city of Gotsu, Corona's sister city.
A teacher and a representative of Gotsu, in rural southwestern Japan, are visiting as well.
Gotsu and the Corona-Norco schools trade off on annual visits to each other in the program, in its 18th year.
