  T. N. Chaturvedi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Triloki Nath Chaturvedi (born January 18, 1928) is the governor of Karnataka, a state in India.
He has been governor of that state since August 21, 2002.
He was also the governor of Kerala from February 25, 2004, following the death of Sikander Bakht, until June 2004, when he was replaced by a newly appointed governor.

Stage carriers and heavy transport vehicles which have not been fitted with speed governors, would not be registered or issued fitness certificates, a press release quoting the Transport Commissioner has stated.
The release said that an order issued by the Kerala High Court in September 2002 had made speed governors mandatory in all stage carriages and heavy transport vehicles.
It was under this circumstance that the officials concerned had been directed not to register or issue fitness certificates to stage carriages and heavy transport vehicles which were not fitted with speed governors, it added.

Sayed Mohammed Yusouf Shajan was named governor of the eastern province of Kunar, Ibrahim Babakar Khel of neighbouring Laghman, while engineer Mohammed Omar was appointed to the northern province of Baghlan.
