		In 2004, number of young animals was higher by 1.4 million heads and adult animals loss was less than 1.0 million, which caused the overall increase of the number of livestock compared with 2003.
		And in Gobi-Altai, Bayankhongor, Uvs, Dundgovi, Omnogovi, Dornogovi, Govisumber aimags the number of livestock was increased at all kind of livestock.
		In 2004, 9.5 thousand persons were sentenced, of which 7.8 percent for woman and 11.8 percnet for children under age of 16.

		The Gobi Forage project aims to develop risk management technologies to provide drought and winter disaster early warning to improve rural business in the livestock sector of the Gobi region.
		Funded from May 2004 – April 2008, this project operates in six aimags –; Govi-Altai, Bayanhongor, Uvurhangai, Umnugovi, Dundgovi and Govisumber.
		They will also develop an information and communication infrastructure and analysis delivery system to provide herders with information on current and forecasted forage conditions that will assist them to make timely and specific management decisions in the Gobi Initiative Project region of Mongolia.

		I would have expected FIPS to describe this as a change of name from Darhan to Darhan Uul and from Erdenet to Orhon, without changing the status or FIPS code for either one; and since I understand that Govisumber was split from Dornogovi, I would have expected the FIPS code for Dornogovi to change.
		Since then, Govisumber has been confirmed; Orhon turns out to be a new name for Erdenet.
		At that time Mongolia included what is now Tuva republic of Russia (known for a while as Tannu Tuva) and parts of several Chinese provinces.
