Grace Baptist Assembly is a fellowship of Particular Baptist churches organised in (A division of the United Kingdom) England in 1980, when the Strict Baptist Assembly (founded in 1964) and the Assembly of baptized churches holding the doctrines of grace (founded in 1976) voluntarily agreed to cease their organisations and form the Grace Baptist Assembly.

The first Baptist church in Boston was established in 1665, and the organization of the first one in Maine, then part of Massachusetts, was completed in 1682.
