memories fade dot com - Tears For Fears FAQ: 5. Graduate
Graduate was a five piece power-pop band that formed in the late 1970's.
No other Graduate songs were similar, but Pye Records decided to package the band with that image, and even took us down the King's Road in Chelsea to choose zoot suits.
Although not a true ska band, they were marketed as one by their label in an effort to cash in on the "mod revival" movement.

 Cliff Hillis press/reviews
Backing Hillis, a Cape Henlopen High School graduate who now lives in Wilmington with his wife, Beth Lennon, is his touring band, the Forward Thinkers.
"BTM", originally recorded by Hillis’ band Starbelly in the 1990's, could be the musical lovechild of Credence Clearwater Revival’s "Bad Moon Rising" and Pure Prairie League’s "Amy." Its rolling verse and big chorus feel, have long been a crowd favorite both with Starbelly and the Forward Thinkers.
Rehoboth native Cliff Hillis’ second original CD release "Better Living Through Compression", a power-pop gem, has just been released into the bland musical landscape of cover-band Delaware.

Conflict as taught for graduate and professional work in conflict resolution commonly has the definition: "when two or more parties, with perceived incompatible goals, seek to undermine each other's goal-seeking capability".
Conflict is a state of opposition, disagreement or incompatibility between two or more people or groups of people, which is sometimes characterized by physical violence.
However, conflict can also occur in cooperative situations, in which two or more parties have consistent goals, because the manner in which one party tries to reach their goal can still undermine the other's attempt.
