 Everton FC Graeme Sharp Caricature
Graeme Sharp joined Everton FC in 1980 for a fee of £120,000 from Scottish side Dumbarton this was money well spent.
Graeme does not get at much praise as the likes of Andy Gray and Gary Lineker for Evertons great success in the Mid Eighties and i think this is a bit unfair because Graeme was as good as they get at setting goals up and every club needs them players to win titles.
Graeme Sharp was in the side that won the League Championship in 1984-85 and 1986-87, and, particularly in the first of those campaigns his forward play was instrumental.

ESPN.com Soccernet Scotland: News - Sharp: Gers run high-risk strategy
Sharp, now in the employ of his former club as a fans' liaison officer and still a keen follower of Rangers, digested news of David Murray's dilemma from Merseyside yesterday with a rising feeling of deja vu and a sense of gloom at the potential implications.
Sharp believes that if Murray loses the argument then his next fight will be to retain the core of Advocaat's team - with English Premiership clubs bound to see any ban as an open invitation for them to swoop like vultures.
Sharp added: 'The Premiership is a massively-hyped league now but, with six or seven clubs here qualifying for Europe, moving south would probably be very tempting for Rangers players like Stefan Klos or Claudio Reyna.

Graeme Sharp, the Oldham Athletic manager who has been finding Joe Royle a hard act to follow at Boundary Park, was at last celebrating a first win of the season after yesterday's 3-0 victory over Port Vale.
The three points were not enough to lift Oldham off the bottom of the First Division but the contribution of the striker Ian Ormondroyd, signed on a free transfer from Bradford City a little less than a month ago, promises lift off soon.
At 6ft 5in, Ormondroyd clearly has an advantage in the air over most players and, in his third game for Oldham, he put it to good use twice in the first half heading in the winger David Beresford's cross and Paul Rickers's corner.
