Graflex went all out to make it as "Super" as possible--possibly a little too far when it comes to deciphering its obscure controls.
Graflex literature is very definite about the Super handling the 65/6.8 Schneider Super Angulon on a flat board.
While Tech viewfinders are not so hard to find used for about $175, the mounting hardware is. The most practical solution may be having the mounting hardware made at your local machine shop.

Hi everyone, I was wondering where would you recommend to sell some of my Graflex SLR's.
I paid $150 for a 4x5 RB Auto and I've seen a series D go for around $300 so you might reasonably hope for $500 or so depending on condition.
The graflok back is a huge plus compared to the graflex back if you have other 4x5 gear with graflok/international backs.

The problem started when Folmer and Schwing changed their name to Graflex in 1945, which happened to be their most distinctive and popular line of cameras prior to that.
Graflex made their rollfilm backs for 2-1/4 x 3-1/4, 3-1/4 x 4-1/4 and 4x5 format cameras.
The 2x3 Graflex is probably about as tough to find as the 3x4 Graphic, the 4x5 Graflex is a bit tougher and the 3x4 the hardest of all to find.

 Alternative Graflex XL Review
One thing that might be worth mentioning is that the Graflex XL (or at least some of its rollfilm holders) doesn't have a sterling reputation for film flatness.
When Graflex was to introduce the XL camera, super Graflex designer Hans Padelt (I think that's the spelling) designed a new roll film holder which holds the film much flatter.
One last thing to consider is that the Graflex XL was essentially the last gasp of a wonderful company, which has its own support group now at graflex.org.

 Ciro 35
The Ciro 35 is a fixed lens, leaf shutter rangefinder made by Graflex in the 1950's.
When Graflex bought the Ciro company, it continued to manufacture the Ciro 35 while also modifying the design to produce the Graphic 35.

If you have a fresnel lens (circular grid on the glass), and the corners are darker than the center, then you may have adjusted the camera in such a way that the lens is not covering the area of the film plane.
A 15" (380mm) Graflex Optar Telephoto, in a barrel mount is much less expensive (~$90) than the equivalent in a shutter, which seem to go for $250-300.

The Graflex is the archetype of the style of large-format cameras known as press cameras.
While the Graflex includes a viewfinder for framing and a rangefinder for focusing, I usually work directly on the ground glass back.
I'm not quite sure how old it is, but as it has the side-mounted Kalart rangefinder, which was changed to a top-mounted Graflex rangefinder in 1955, I know it is older than I am.

 Graflex RB: Back Modification on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
This is the gap which shows up the size difference between the Pola holder and the Graflex back.
I want to shoot Polaroid sheet film with it and I have a 545 holder, but the Graflex back wasn't compatible...this has happened to me before (I own 3 Graflexes, a different models and only 1 has the right back).
Am taking the Graflex and wouldn't want to run the risk of being beheaded for breaking the, "No Drilling Through The Sovereign's Bonce or Likeness Thereof" Act of 1346.
