		Towards the end of the decade, the arrival of the great Brazilian goal-scorer Jose Altafini (third-leading all time scorer for Milan) and a young lad from Alessandria by the name of Gianni Rivera would signal the beginning of a new era as Milan would finally conquer Europe and then the world.
