Ostensibly a children's album, the CD came packaged inside a jewel-case-sized hardcover book containing a story by Bidini and hand-painted illustrations by Tielli (who had also contributed artwork to nearly all of the band's previous albums).
Despite the focus of the album, the album remained appealing to the adults that made up the bulk of the band's fanbase.
I enjoyed the song and anticipated the release of its parent album.

Amazon.co.uk: American Idiot [Parental Advisory] [Explicit Lyrics]: Music
Green Day have been around for well over a decade now, and after 'Warning' and a greatest hits album, there was just a hint that they were starting to run out of ideas for creating new sounds and fresh-sounding tunes.
However, sandwiched between the operatic shape of the album is a real jewel - Boulevard of Broken Dreams - the song we've been waiting for that matches the emotional lyrics and music in Good Riddance (Time of Your Life).
As a result this album, seemingly borne out of a healthy cynicism of the American government and decisions made by the Bush administration, is like a lightning bolt of inspiration.

Black Sabbath Online: Between Heaven & Hell
This is more or less a Greatest Hits package of the albums Black Sabbath released between 1970 and 1983.
The package had a CD in a standard jewel case, a paper sleeve that it fits in, and inside, it also had a Black Sabbath guitar pick on a cardboard insert that had "Between Heaven and Hell - Black Sabbath 1970-1983" on it, along with an upside down cross.
:) It was also kind of cool that the Black Sabbath logo that appears on this disc is the same one that appeared on the first Sabbath album 25 years ago.

Given that they were near the end of their recording contract, it wouldn't have been surprising if the band simply "phoned in" a greatest hits collection...
The capture of lightning (in a jewel box) : Fans of the band and their music do not number in the tens of millions, they are comparably few in number.
A Landmark Album : I became aware of Los Lobos during the early 1980s with the release of their EP "...And a Time To Dance" and made sure I saw them live when they were doing the promotional tour for this album...

M2M (band) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The duo produced 2 albums, Shades of Purple and The Big Room, and a "Greatest Hits" release (after M2M disbanded, under decision of their record label) under the band name M2M, and a Norweigian Children's album under their respective names (informally "Hubba Bubba").
In 2002, while on tour with Jewel, M2M was dropped by Atlantic Records, citing lack of record sales, even though the album did do well in Norway, Asia, and Australia.
M2M was the name of a Norwegian pop music duo comprised of two teenage girls - Marion Elise Ravn and Marit Elizabeth Larsen - whom had Atlantic Records and Warner Music as their labels.
