		Queen's music was a bizarre yet highly accessible fusion of the macho and the fey.
		But vocalist Freddie Mercury brought an extravagant sense of camp to the band, pushing them toward kitschy humor and pseudo-classical arrangements, as epitomized on their best-known song, "Bohemian Rhapsody." Mercury, it must be said, was a flamboyant bisexual who managed to keep his sexuality in the closet until his death from AIDS in 1991.
		Queen was more or less a straight metal album and failed to receive much acclaim, but Queen II became an unexpected British breakthrough early in 1974.

		Classic Queen is a compilation of hits that spans their era of music from the 70's and 80's up to the early 90's.
		Queen were one of the most unique, original and talented bands to ever grace the music industry, and their command and mastery of multiple styles in the music world was really something that shouldn't have been taken lightly.
		This is not a comprehensive greatest hits collection by any means, and not nearly all the good songs Queen created, but is still a great collection for those not familiar with Queen, who want just a sample to digest, especially Americans who had insufficient exposure to Queen's eighties work.

		Greatest Hits wound up with most of Queen's hit singles- "We Will Rock You," "We are the Champions," "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," et al- but it doesn't contain "Bohemian Rhapsody," which is most people's favorite Queen number, I think it's safe to say.
		But it is weak for a greatest hits package, especially coming from such talented and inventive popsters as Queen.
		But Queen's Greatest Hits is still a decent collection of many of the band's better moments, including greats like "Killer Queen," "We Are the Champions," "Fat-Bottomed Girls," and "Bicycle Race" (yes, I like that cheesy bicycle song!).

		It wasn't until the 1980's that he scored minor hit's with "Bad Case Of Loving You" and in 1985, his signature song "Addicted To Love", one of the first highlights of the emerging music video scene.
		They hit paydirt in 1974 with the million-seller 'Come and Get Your Love.' Lead singers Pat and Lolly Vegas had previously worked under their own names, appearing in the 1965 film It's a Bikini World prior to forming Redbone.
