Here in Vancouver, all you have to is join the community which is only a $25 for a student, $50 for an adult, and $150 for a family.
Theses programs (now Im assuming) but here in Vancouver, most of the programs are free of charge if you are member of the community, so perhaps it's the same there.
Now if your one church in Vancouver is different that's a different story (which I doubt, because all churches have to obey to his "eminence" wishes and rules...).

The thing is that Greektown is probably the most vibrant area in downtown and maybe the city, though many more are now arising (Campus Martius, parts of Midtown...).
Yeah Greektown, is about the only thing going on (at least entertainment and much of the good food concentration) in downtown Detroit.
But Greektown detroit is better than Chicagos halsted st greektown IMO.
