I attended the school between January 1959 and July 1965 before I went to Abbeydale Boys Grammar School in the September of that year.
Unfortunately my memories of the school are not particularly happy ones (no difference there then) but having said that they are infinitely better than the ones I have of Abbeydale Boys' Grammar School.
The school was judged purely on the number of pupils who passed the 11+.
