Greensboro would answer back in the top of the second with some station-to-station baseball as Colin Roberson and Jonathan Fulton delivered consecutive singles putting runners on first and second.
The Grasshoppers and Braves would exchange runs once again as the Grasshoppers scored a single run in the bottom of the fourth courtesy of a Greg Burns RBI single and the Braves would answer back in the bottom of the eighth on a Derrick Arnold RBI double making the score 3-3.
