Since I have last posted on the matter of former Chief Wray and the Greensboro Police Department, statements have been released by the City Manager, the City Council and the former Chief.
It includes no material of a political nature and its sole purpose is to make the community aware of LGBT-inclusive entertainment (Greensboro, OUt at the Movies) and resources for LGBT and straight allied college students and youth (QCYNT).
But I would imagine this is one of the more embarassing and soul-crushing parts of a college administrator's job...defending (on camera) a policy you know can't be defended just before your institution folds and admits it themselves.
