In 1995, Greg was forced to choose one band or the other as up 'til then he'd been playing in both (the busy schedule of playing in both meant he could only be in one).
But now Greg has been able to rejoin C.J. and is still able to put full attention to BR at the same time.
Greg H owns a small independant label, which is still on the coming.

Gurewitz eventually left the band and was replaced by Greg Hetson from speed punk pioneers, the Circle Jerks.
When Hetson couldn’t make a show one night, the band asked Gurewitz to fill in and he was soon back in the line up, playing alongside Hetson.

He laid down a guitar solo and helped out with the recording, and soon after he was a full-fledged member, playing live with the band (so even though he didn't play on either recording from their "original line-up" period, he's considered to be part of the original band).
Then, in 1984, Greg moved back to LA and he and Greg Hetson restarted the band.
Although Greg's two original songwriting partners (Brett, the original guitarist, and Jay, the original bassist) were missing, it was still a reuinion of sorts and a return to straightforward punk rock (although a bit slower than their old music).

I think the cool thing about it was we kind of went back and listened to a lot of our old influences in the last couple of years.
